Rich Hail graduated from The Art Institute of California – Orange County with his Degree in Culinary Arts. He has worked with some of the best chefs in the country, learning their tricks of the trade, and is now applying that knowledge and experience to make your event one that you won't soon forget.

Marcy Hail graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation & Leisure Services specializing in Event Production and Travel & Tourism. She is also the Home Economics teacher for El Rancho Charter School in Anaheim Hills, CA. Marcy has over fifteen years of catering and event planning experience with the Anaheim Angels and Wyndham hotels, planning and executing more than 350 weddings and special events.
