Cuisine was formed in 2006 out of a demand for high-quality,
local ingredients and a desire for alternative menu options.
Specializing in corporate team-building events, Beach Cuisine
soon added full-service catering and event planning services to
their repertoire. Each client receives only the best personal
service, as we thrive on 100% customer satisfaction.
OWNER/CHEF DE CUISINE
Rich Hail graduated from The Art Institute of California – Orange
County with Honors and a Degree in Culinary Arts. He is
currently teaching private cooking lessons and instructs classes regularly at Sur la Table in Newport Beach, CA. He has
worked with some of the best chefs in the country, learning their
tricks of the trade, and is now applying that knowledge and
experience to make your event one to remember.
OWNER/SPECIAL EVENT PLANNER
Marcy Hail graduated from California State University, Long Beach
(CSULB) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation & Leisure Services
specializing in Event Production and Travel & Tourism. She is
currently the Social Catering & Weddings Sales Manager at the lovely
Wyndham Hotel in Costa Mesa, CA. Marcy has nearly ten years of catering experience with the Anaheim Angels and
other major sporting and entertainment venues.
